Weight loss class after the Holidays

Affordable and Interactive - 3 week class - meeting Saturdays on Zoom

Starts Saturday Jan 11, 2025 for 3 weeks  (Sat. Jan. 11; Sat. Jan. 18, and Sat. Jan. 25)
Time: 10-11am   PST

Cost - sliding scale $40- $70

This class will use gentle Guided Mediation to help keep you on track.

The class will reinforce letting go of sugar, processed foods and white carbohydrates. It will encourage healthy proteins, and adding more
vegetables to your diet.

Whatever your chosen diet is, this class will help you.   If you are vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian or omnivore, all of these diets are
telling you to eliminate sugar, white carbs,sodas, diet soda, all diet foods, and processed foods.

You do not have to feel deprived or hungry. You will feel empowered and in control of the way that you choose to eat.
